Iskiate

Simple to make.

8 oz water
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons Chia seeds
quarter piece of lime.

Squeeze Lime so the juice goes nto the water. Add the sugare and Chia seeds. Shake and enjoy.

  1. I have never heard of this before, while I am not a runner I think that it would be useful on longer rides and even in the morning to get a kickstart to the day...now to go buy some chia seeds...thanks for the tip.

  2. Your welcome. Actually got it from reading Born To Run. I carry it in a juice or Gatorade bottle in my hydration pack. So no clue howw it will work with a waterbottle.
